ABOUT THE PROJECT

Haydn & Rollett:  $16 million

McKenzie & Parma was engaged to deliver a full civil works package for the upgrade of the Fisher & Paykel distribution warehouse.

The scope included:

  • Earthworks: Cut and fill operations to establish platforms for the new warehouse footprint.
  • Foundations: Excavation and backfilling for warehouse slabs and foundation systems.
  • Drainage Infrastructure: Installation of new stormwater and wastewater reticulation systems. Upgrades to existing public wastewater infrastructure to accommodate increased capacity.
  • Roading and Services: Construction of internal roading and curbing. Installation of common services trenching to support site-wide lighting and communications systems.
  • Architectural Concrete: Finishing works around the office area, including decorative pebble stone concrete surfaces.
  • Specialist Infrastructure: Construction of a wastewater pump station. Installation of a stormwater retention tank to manage site runoff and comply with environmental standards.
