Commercial subdivision of a 46,000 m2 lot into 11 lots. Work involved all aspects of land development such as environmental controls, earthworks, watermain, stormwater and wastewater drainage, some up to 7m deep.Retaining walls up to 6m high [Design and build]. Roads including streetscaping. Road widening to existing Oteha Valley road including a cycle lane. Traffic control to level 2 road. Relocate existing services on Oteha Valley road. Work around existing 700 diameter Watercare watermain. Bridge over public drainage lines under retaining wall. Liaise and install power, gas and coms services. Supply and install street lights and also relocate 2 existing light poles. Install raingardens, landscaping and its maintenance.
