Civil works to a commercial development of a 4.3ha site for a new warehouse with extensive yard / parking area. The works included 17,200m3 of cut, 11,400m3 going to pre-load and 5,800m3 going to fill. The pre-load later cut to waste. 1,400m2 of new road, 2,000m2 of car park, 17,000m2 of yard slab and 20,000m2 of warehouse platform preparation. 180m2 of retaining walls up to 2m high and the relevant stormwater, sewer, watermain and utility services.
