ABOUT THE PROJECT
Haydn & Rollett: $11.0 million
We are excited to share the successful completion of the Cardinal Logistics Drury project, where our team expertly managed all civil works. This extensive project began with pre-loading the site with hardfill to ensure a stable foundation. Our earthworks included precise excavation and grading, followed by the construction of detailed footing foundations.
With various aspects of the project happening simultaneously—earthworks, foundation laying, drainage installation, floor preparation, and utility services—coordinating the efforts of different teams was essential. Effective communication and project management were key to keeping everything on track.
Quality control was a cornerstone of the Cardinal Logistics Drury project, ensuring that every phase of construction met the highest standards. Here are some key aspects of our quality control process:
- Rigorous Inspections: Throughout the project, we conducted regular inspections at each stage of construction. This included checking the quality of materials, the accuracy of measurements, and the integrity of the structures being built.
- Skilled Workforce: Our team consisted of highly skilled professionals, each bringing their expertise to the project.
- Material Testing: All materials used in the project underwent rigorous testing to ensure they met the necessary specifications. This included testing the hardfill for compaction and stability, as well as checking the quality of concrete and other construction materials.
- Documentation and Reporting: Detailed documentation and reporting were maintained throughout the project. This provided a clear record of all quality control measures, inspections, and any corrective actions taken, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Our commitment to quality control ensured that the Cardinal Logistics Drury project was completed to the highest standards, delivering a reliable and durable facility for our client.
