ABOUT THE PROJECT

This comprehensive civil works project spanned approximately 14 months and encompassed a wide range of critical infrastructure and site development activities. Delivered under a tight timeframe, the project required meticulous pre-planning and seamless coordination with the main contractor and multiple stakeholders to meet the client’s programme requirements.
Scope of Works
- Bulk Earthworks & Excavation: Extensive site preparation including large-scale earthmoving and detailed excavation for footings and foundations.
- Concrete Floor Preparation: Precision groundwork to support structural concrete installations.
- Utility Service Trenching: Installation of essential services including data, electrical, water main, and gas infrastructure.
- Environmental & Sediment Controls: Implementation and ongoing maintenance of erosion and sediment control measures to ensure environmental compliance throughout the project.
- Drainage Infrastructure: Installation of new stormwater and wastewater systems, including catchpits and subsoil drainage. Diversion and decommissioning of existing public wastewater lines. Installation of Qmax cesspit chambers, recharge slot drains, and associated manholes and recharge trenches.
- Access & Traffic Works: Construction of new vehicle and pram crossings with integrated traffic management systems. Kerb and channel works to support road and pedestrian infrastructure.
- Structural & Finishing Works: Construction of stoneblock retaining walls. Final line marking within the project vicinity to ensure safe and clear navigation.
