GreenMeadows Developments : $3.6 million
Development of a 52 lot residential subdivision in Greenhithe. Works included the demolition of existing buildings, 30,000m3 of bulk earthworks, 2,000m of stormwater and sewer drainage, installation of services, road construction, construction of a 25m pre-cast concrete beam bridge and 380m of timber retaining walls. Finishing works included 1,200m2 of concrete footpaths and driveways, 985m2 of exposed concrete private laneways, 5,600m2 of landscaping to riparian areas including hoggin paths and a timber boardwalk.
