Construction of 530m of high capacity stormwater line through a residential area to reduce the occurrences of flooding. Installation of 75m of new sewer line to alleviate pressure on an existing undersized system. Stormwater lines of up to 2m x 2m box culverts laid in live flows. Working in peaty soils below the water table, requiring dewatering and filtering through sediment tanks. Installation of superpits, megapits & manholes up to 3.2m in diameter in residential streets. 90m of sheet piling along the side of an AMA motorway overpass where our pipe line was within 10m of the bridge structure. Monitoring structures for settlement. Working around and diverting services up to 11kVA power cables. Close liaison with residents to keep up to date on construction activities and TMP changes.
