ABOUT THE PROJECT
Wilshire Ryburn Development Limited: $4.0 million
The civil works for Richmond Stage 4 involved comprehensive site preparation and infrastructure development to support the new residential area.
During the construction of Richmond Stage 4, the handover process was crucial to ensure that builders could start constructing houses while civil works were still ongoing. This involved a phased approach where completed sections were handed over to the builders in stages. This collaborative approach with the client and builders helped to minimise disruptions and allowed the project to progress smoothly, ensuring that the builders could start their work on schedule while the remaining civil works continued.
Each phase included extensive earthworks, the installation of drainage, and the laying of essential utilities such as water, electricity, and telecommunications. Additionally, the project required the construction of retaining walls, roads, footpaths, and parking areas to ensure seamless connectivity and convenience for future residents.
Throughout the process, a strong emphasis was placed on sustainability, incorporating eco-friendly practices and materials to minimise environmental impact and align with modern urban development standards.
