Sunderland A Development is a three stage roading and subdivision development at Hobsonville Point. Our scope included a complete rebuild of the existing Sunderland Ave., including road construction, kerbing, subsoil drainage, installation of services and drainage, footpaths, landscaping and streetlights. The Project consists of four new roads and the installation of all services and infrastructure for 200 new lots including:
- 530m of new roading, 5,100m2 of concrete lanes, vehicle crossings and footpaths
- >2,000m of new wastewater and stormwater drainage, up to depths of 5m
- 1,200m of services trenches, 134 trees established and 6,200 plants
- Detailed concrete design in the streetscape
