Construction of a commercial subdivision in Takanini. Carried out site enabling works by removal of Kauri logs and backfill with hardfill. Cut to fill/waste and preload site for 4 months. Removal of preload on completion and finishing of Earthworks. Installation of Stormwater, Sewer Drainage and pump station. Site works included Rain garden, Kerbing and Hotmix to carpark. Construction of a slip lane and widening existing Walters Rd intersection. Installation of traffic signal to Walters and Orion Road.
